NABSTMC-
CLARKSVILLE, TN
Bridging history into the present to create the future.
Mission Statement:
Thank you for stopping by our website. It is an honor to serve as the President of the NABSTMC – Clarksville, TN Chapter. The NABSTMC – Clarksville, TN Chapter is the 67th Chapter of the National Association of Buffalo Soldier and Trooper Motorcycle Club (NABSTMC). We are part of the Central Frontier. We are NOT a 1% club. We claim no territory. The NABSTMC – Clarksville, TN Chapter was co-founded by James W. Payne, Jr. (aka Jaco) and James O. Webb, Jr. (aka Papa) on 12 July 2007 with 5 members. On March 2008 the Clarksville Tennessee Chapter obtained National membership by the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers (NABSTMC). The Clarksville Tennessee Chapter is the second Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Chapter in the state of Tennessee.
We are a group of black professionals who strive to promote safe motorcycle touring and other motorcycle related activities. All of our members are expected to educate themselves and their communities in the history of the Buffalo Soldiers and set a positive image for our youth, as well as provide a variety of services to our local communities.
It is our mission to educate and give back to our community. In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without the assistance of community minded individuals just like you, we would not be able to serve those in our community each year.
One thing remains constant as we continue contributing to those in need through physical support following a natural disaster or financial aid through our fundraising and scholarship efforts. We care for and about our neighbors and fellow riders.
We ask that you make a commitment to support our annual appeal by making a donation. Your generosity will make a difference in our community by allowing us to continue to give back to the community we serve.
Our 501(c)(3) status makes all your donations tax deductible.

Buffalo Soldiers' Creed
I am a Buffalo Soldier, and as a Buffalo Soldier, I will uphold the standards and traditions set forth by my chapter and the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club.
I am proud of my colors and the rich history they represent. I will wear my colors with pride and will do all within my power to educate the general public about the rich history of the 9th and 10th Calvary Buffalo Soldiers.
I respect my colors and my Buffalo Soldiers sisters and brothers. And when my riding days come to an end, I wish to be remembered as on who served with dignity as a responsible biker and proud Buffalo Soldier.
